During my hiatus from the blog I learned a lot. I learned that it's okay to take breaks. I learned to be patient (apparently they are right when they say, good things come to those who wait). I learned that I do a lot, and I mean a lot of DIY (that I never post!). And surprisingly, I learned that I am a pretty decent cook and baker, for that matter, in the kitchen.
So the other day, while doing what I do best, (that would be resting after a journey, and procrastinating from actually doing my own blog post), scanning Bloglovin' for inspiration, I came across 101 Cookbooks, an all natural food journal. Believe me when I say, you need to check this site out, because I know that I feel like I have hit the healthy recipe, Mecca!
Anyway, I came across this awesomely, delicious recipe, and I thought, "Hey. It's healthy. It's gluten free. It's pretty to look at. What's not to love?"
